Kauhale Garden Revitilization Project
Private subdivision revitilization project concsisted of the demolition and re-building of 18 single family dwellings in a low-income neighborhood in urban Honolulu, which required a minor modification of an existing Conditional Use Permit. The unit sizes ranged from 641 to 1109 sf, with a mix of 2 to 4 bdrm.
